Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Guild Press (operated by Karmveer Singh, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India) collects, why, and your choices. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Account: name, email, password (stored only as a secure hash), username, and optional profile details such as a photo, bio and social links.
- Orders: delivery name, address, phone number, items ordered and order history.
- Designs: artwork you upload and its details.
- Payments: handled by our payment partner (an RBI-authorised payment aggregator). We receive the payment status and reference, never your full card or bank details.
- Technical: basic logs and essential cookies needed to keep you signed in and protect the site from abuse.
Why we use it
- To run your account, process and deliver orders, pay designers and provide support
- To keep the site secure and prevent fraud
- To send service emails (account verification, password reset, order updates). We don't send marketing emails without your consent.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run Guild Press, each for its specific job:
- Qikink: printing and shipping (your delivery details)
- Our payment partner (an RBI-authorised payment aggregator): payments
- Supabase: secure database, login and file storage
- Vercel: website hosting
- Resend: sending service emails
- Cloudflare: bot protection on sign-up and login forms
- Google: only if you choose "Continue with Google"
We never sell your personal data. We may disclose it if the law requires.
Public information
Your username, display name, profile photo, bio and approved designs are public on your profile.
How long we keep it
While your account is active, and afterwards only as long as needed for orders, tax, legal or fraud-prevention reasons.
Your rights
You can view and edit your profile at any time. To access, correct or delete your data, or to withdraw consent, email support@ulki.in. We respond within 30 days.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted, and admin access requires two-factor authentication.
